Description: Las Áreas en Condición de Riesgo corresponden a sectores del territorio donde la amenaza natural y la exposición de elementos vulnerables (viviendas, infraestructura, equipamientos, entre otros) generan un alto riesgo para la seguridad de la población y el desarrollo territorial. Su delimitación se basa en estudios de riesgo, modelaciones geoespaciales, registros históricos de desastres y análisis de vulnerabilidad. Esta capa cartográfica permite: Identificar zonas urbanas y rurales con alto riesgo de deslizamientos, inundaciones, avenidas torrenciales, erosión costera, entre otros eventos. Definir restricciones de uso del suelo en áreas donde el riesgo no es mitigable. Priorizar intervenciones de reducción del riesgo, como reubicación de poblaciones, obras de mitigación y mejora de infraestructura. Apoyar la formulación de planes de gestión del riesgo de desastres, garantizando la seguridad de la comunidad y la resiliencia territorial. La información contenida en esta capa es un insumo fundamental para la planificación territorial del municipio de Sucre, garantizando un desarrollo seguro y sostenible en el marco del PBOT 2023. Corresponden a las zonas o áreas del territorio municipal clasificadas como de amenaza alta que estén urbanizadas, ocupadas o edificadas, así como en las que se encuentren elementos del sistema vial, equipamientos (salud, educación, otros) e infraestructura de serviciospúblicos. (Decreto 1807 de 2014).
